Veeqo Credits Terms & Conditions

This Veeqo Credits Policy (“Policy”) contains the terms and conditions that govern the access of Veeqo account holders’ use of Veeqo Credits (as defined below) and is a policy under the Veeqo Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”). Capitalized terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service or in this Policy. If there is a conflict between the Terms of Service and this Policy, then this Policy will control regarding its subject matter.

Veeqo Credits. During the Credits Term (as defined below) Veeqo may select Veeqo account holders (“you” and “your”) to earn a percentage back on the base price of an eligible shipment, which does not include any optional added services (e.g. insurance, delivery confirmation, etc.) purchased with the shipment on the Veeqo Site (collectively, the “Veeqo Credits”). Veeqo Credits may only be redeemed against the cost of shipments on the Veeqo Site and will be applied on your next billing cycle. The shipments eligible to earn Veeqo Credits and the percentage earned may be modified from time to time at our sole discretion. From time to time, Veeqo Limited or its affiliates ("we", "us", and "our") will make information available to you about your Veeqo Credits balance earned, as well as the redemption status of Veeqo Credits that have been applied.

Service Territory. Veeqo Credits is only available to eligible sellers in the United States.

Risk of Loss. We are not responsible if any Veeqo Credits are used without your permission. Veeqo Credits must be obtained from us on the Veeqo Site, and you are responsible for safeguarding your Veeqo Credits from unauthorized use. We are not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Veeqo Credits.

Earning Veeqo Credits. We reserve the right to void Veeqo Credits in our sole discretion and modify the method of earning Veeqo Credits, including but not limited to, modifying the rate of Veeqo Credits that may be earned on shipments.

Abuse of Veeqo Credits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that Veeqo Credits are obtained fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of this Veeqo Credits Policy.

By participating in the Veeqo Credits, you agree to not use Veeqo Credits in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to us or our affiliates, or our customers. If we see evidence of fraud, misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity, as determined by us in our sole discretion, we may (i) modify, suspend, or terminate your eligibility to participate in Veeqo Credits entirely; (ii) rescind any Veeqo Credits you have earned by issuing charges to recoup the Veeqo Credits on your next billing cycle; or (iii) by any other method determined by us.

Limitation of Liability. USE OF, AND PARTICIPATION IN, VEEQO CREDITS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. VEEQO CREDITS AND ALL RELATED BENEFITS OFFERED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON A STRICTLY “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT VEEQO CREDITS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY OR ERROR FREE, NOR DOES WE MAKE ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO YOUR VEEQO CREDITS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Nature of Veeqo Credits; Suggestions. You may elect to provide suggestions, comments, ideas, improvements, or other feedback or materials (“Suggestions”) to Veeqo in connection with Veeqo Credits. Veeqo is free to use, disclose, reproduce, modify, sublicense, transfer, distribute and exploit Suggestions in any manner.

General Terms. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity to establish account ownership or provision of an additional payment instrument before you are eligible to earn any Veeqo Credits. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

Credits Term; Termination. The term of this Policy will commence on your use and participation in Veeqo Credits and may continue for a period of time in Veeqo’s sole discretion (the “Credits Term”).
