Veeqo UK Extension Addendum

This UK Extension Addendum (“UK Addendum”) supplements the Veeqo Privacy Notice and is effective as of November 14, 2025. Any matters relating to personal information processing that are not specifically addressed in this UK Addendum are governed by the terms and provisions set forth in the Veeqo Privacy Notice. All defined terms referenced in this UK Addendum shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with their meaning and use in the Veeqo Privacy Notice.

1. Controllers of Personal Information.

Veeqo Limited acts as a controller for customers’ personal information processed in accordance with Veeqo Privacy Notice and this UK Addendum. Additionally, Veeqo acts as a processor for certain end user information (including order and contact information and shipping address) on behalf of our customers as the controllers, in order to facilitate the fulfilment of end user orders.

2. UK Data Protection Laws - Legal Basis.

UK data protection laws require a legal basis for our use of personal information. Our basis varies depending on the specific purpose for which we use personal information. We use:

  • Performance of a contract when we provide you with our Services, or communicate with you about them. This includes when we use your personal information to deliver products, create your Veeqo account and provide you with customer support.

  • Our legitimate business interests and the interests of our customers when we improve Veeqo services and features, when we detect and prevent fraud and abuse in order to protect the security of our customers, ourselves, or others, when we monitor integrated service performance (such as Amazon Buy Shipping Service), and when we provide analytics and forecasting capabilities to customers. In very exceptional circumstances, we may process limited criminal offence data of end users (as a processor and not controller).

  • Your consent when we ask for your consent to process your personal information for a specific purpose that we communicate to you. For example, we may ask your consent to send you marketing emails to recommend features, products, and services that might be of interest to you, identify your preferences, and personaliseyour experience with Veeqo. When you consent to our processing your personal information for a specified purpose, you may withdraw your consent at any time and we will stop processing of your data for that purpose.

  • Compliance with a legal obligation when we use your personal information to comply with laws. For example, we process information provided by customers about place of establishment and bank account information for identity verification and other purposes.

  • These and other legal bases depending on the purpose for which we use personal information.

3. Does Veeqo Share Your Personal Information?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling our customers' personal information to others. Veeqo shares customers' personal information only as described below and with Amazon.com, Inc. and the subsidiaries that Amazon.com, Inc. controls that are either subject to the Veeqo Privacy Notice and this UK Addendum or follow practices at least as protective as those described in the Veeqo Privacy Notice and this UK Addendum.

  • Third party service providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include analysing data, processing payments, transmitting content, assessing and managing credit risk, providing customer service, IT support, systems software and maintenance, back up, and server hosting, providing customer relationship management tools, sending and collating surveys and marketing communications, fulfilling orders for products or services, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, and removing repetitive information from customer lists. These third-party service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. Further, they must process the personal information in accordance with the Veeqo Privacy Notice and this UK Addendum and as permitted by applicable data protection laws.

  • Business transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy other businesses or services. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that Veeqo or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

  • Account Linking. If you have connected your Amazon accounts within Veeqo or use Veeqo in your Amazon seller account, consistent with our terms in certain circumstances, Veeqo will be able to access personal information within your Amazon seller account, so as to hold or transfer positive funds on that account and apply them against monies owed under your Veeqo account for Services. This involves access to and processing of your personal information in those other accounts in accordance with our legitimate interest in securing payment for Veeqo Services and ensuring performance of the contract between us.

  • Protection of Veeqo and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions (UK) [URL] and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Veeqo and its affiliates, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

  • Amazon Buy Shipping. We have integrated the Amazon Buy Shipping service into our Veeqo Services to provide you with Amazon-negotiated shipping rates. Amazon acts as our processor when providing this service, during which limited data which is required for order fulfilment will be shared. For clarity, when you provide us with personal information relating to end-users for the purposes of shipping, such as name, address, phone number and email address, we capture and store this information in our capacity as a processor for you.

Transfers out of the European Economic Area and the UK. Whenever we transfer personal information to countries outside of the European Economic Area or the UK, we ensure that the information is transferred in accordance with the Veeqo Privacy Notice and this UK Addendum and as permitted by the applicable laws on data protection. We rely on European Commission adequacy decisions or use contracts with standard safeguards published by the European Commission and similar measures under UK laws for such transfers.

  • Access and portability. You have the right to request access to your personal information(commonly known as a “data subject access request”). We will provide you with a copy of your personal information, which you can download and also share in a machine-readable format to enable portability.

This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal information where there is no legal basis for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal information where you have exercised your right to object to processing.
