Introduction to Veeqo Credits
Sellers will now earn 1% in Veeqo Credits on every label purchased in Veeqo. For example, a Seller sending a package** with USPS Priority Mail will pay $7.09 and earn a credit of 7¢ (or 1% of the label price). The average Veeqo seller will see their credit pot grow to $1,319 in just one year.*

1. How do I redeem my Veeqo Credits?
The value of your credit pot will automatically be deducted from your next bill. There’s nothing you need to do!
2. How do I see how much I’ve earned?
We’re working on bringing you a way to view your credit balance in real-time. In the meantime, keep an eye out for our weekly email which will let you know how much you’ve earned each week!
3. Can I earn Veeqo Credits regardless of the carrier and shipping service I choose?
Yes. Veeqo Credits will be available on all labels purchased through Veeqo regardless of carrier and ship method chosen.
4. Can I still get Veeqo Credits on my label purchases if I don’t want to sell on Amazon?
Yes! Veeqo’s mission is to help Sellers make their customer’s happy wherever they sell. We have lots of Amazon Sellers taking advantage of our deep integration with the Amazon API, but we also serve many Sellers whose main channel is one of Shopify, Ebay, Etsy, etc. We have a Shopify app that can be installed from the Shopify app store and we’re Shopify Plus certified.
5. Will I get credits from Veeqo on orders I send through FBA or MCF?
No. The Veeqo Credits are only earned on labels purchased through Veeqo.

Veeqo Credits Beta Policy
This Veeqo Credits Beta Policy (“Policy”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the Veeqo Credits Beta Service (as the term is defined below) and is a policy under the Veeqo Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”). Capitalized terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service or in this Policy. If there is a conflict between the Terms of Service and this Policy, then this Policy will control.
The Veeqo Credits Beta Service. During the Term, Veeqo in its sole discretion may select Veeqo account holders (“you” and “your”) to earn a percentage back on the base price of an eligible shipping label after deducting any applicable discounts and third-party fees, but not including any optional added services (e.g. insurance, delivery confirmation, etc.) purchased with the shipping label (“Veeqo Credits”) purchased on the Veeqo Site (the “Veeqo Credits Beta Service”). We will apply any Veeqo Credits to your original form of payment on a monthly basis. Eligible shipping labels and calculation of the Veeqo Credits are subject to change in our sole discretion. You must remain in good standing to participate in the Veeqo Credits Beta Service.
Service Territory. The Veeqo Credits Beta Service is only available to sellers in the United States.
Risk of Loss. We are not responsible if any Veeqo Credits is used without your permission. Veeqo Credits must be obtained from us on the Veeqo Site, and you are responsible for safeguarding your Veeqo Credits from unauthorized use. Veeqo is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Veeqo Credits.
Use of Veeqo Credit Service. By participating in the Veeqo Credits Beta Service, you agree to not use the Veeqo Credit in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Veeqo Limited, its affiliates, or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Veeqo Credits Beta Service at any time. We also reserve the right to void Veeqo Credits in our sole discretion and modify the method of calculating earned Veeqo Credits, including but not limited to, modifying the percentage of the shipping label that may be earned towards Veeqo Credits and the eligibility shipping labels. Veeqo reserves the right to suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Veeqo Credit is obtained fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of this Veeqo Credits Beta Policy.
Limitation of Liability. USE OF, AND PARTICIPATION IN, THE VEEQO CREDITS BETA SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE VEEQO CREDITS BETA SERVICE AND ALL RELATED BENEFITS OFFERED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON A STRICTLY “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT THE VEEQO CREDITS BETA SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY OR ERROR FREE, NOR DOES WE MAKE ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE VEEQO CREDITS BETA SERVICE OR YOUR VEEQO CREDITS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Nature of Beta Service; Suggestions. You may elect to provide suggestions, comments, ideas, improvements, or other feedback or materials (“Suggestions”) to Veeqo in connection with the Veeqo Credits Beta Service. Veeqo is free to use, disclose, reproduce, modify, sublicense, transfer, distribute and exploit Suggestions in any manner.
General Terms. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity to establish account ownership or provision of an additional payment instrument, before you are eligible to earn any Veeqo Credits. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
Term; Termination. The term of this Veeqo Credits Beta Policy will commence on your use and participation in the Veeqo Credits Beta Service and may continue for a period of time in Veeqo’s sole discretion (the “Term”).
