Your Account Manager will work with the Support team and provide you with estimated issue resolution times and regular issue updates so you don't have to. Your tickets will automatically be sent to the front of the queue. There are no limits on the number of contacts or cases you can initiate.

You’ll get one-on-one support to optimize order fulfillment workflows, improve team pick and pack performance, suggest automations, and monitor shipping metrics. Your account manager will be available to help you onboard and to help you make use of our newest features as they are released.
Rule and automation implementation
Designed to make your workflow easier and more streamlined, Veeqo has the ability to implement Rules, designed to automate repetitive tasks. Your dedicated account manager will work with you to identify and implement these rules into your workflow.

Exemption from the Fair Usage Policy
Sellers need to ship at least 50% of their online orders synced to Veeqo, excluding FBA and Retail POS orders, on a monthly basis with a shipping label purchased within Veeqo, or your own carrier rates. When you sign up for the priority support subscription, the Fair Usage Policy will no longer apply to your account. Use all our features with no restriction!
