Xero Addons to Make Your Life Easier Ecommerce Retail Inventory


Xero has so many addons to choose from, but here are a few we think are really going to make your life easier. 

Entryless – Bills & Expenses

Entryless is a Xero addon which deals with all things related to your bills and expenses. It allows you to use digital ledger entries from your bills automatic expense tagging to help close your books faster – it’ll automatically update your ledger as bills are submitted. You can receive up to 300 bills every month, and the automatic bill capture and expense account tagging helps you spend less time maintaining your general ledger. Once syncronized, Entryless automatically tags your General Ledger or expense account. You also get a dedicated email your all your bills, so you no longer have to worry about losing all those important documents in the depths of your inbox. This feature, along with the easy-to-navigate digital cabinet system makes it so much easier to stay organized. The system supports tax and currency from a large number of countries with more being added soon. 

Work Etc – CRM

For CRM, look no further than the Work Etc Xero add on. IT’s a powerful business management tool that reaches beyond CRM to include projects, billing and more. Once Xero is integrated with Work Etc. you have end-to-end management of your business – sync your contacts and other items across to Xero, automatically capture billing events across the business, and allow all members of your team to become part of customer relationship management. Veeqo – Inventory & Order Management 

This addon helps you manage your Xero inventory as well as take care of your orders. It allows you to synchronise multiple marketplaces, preventing you from having to log into different sales channels by providing a direct integration between Xero and Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Amazon and eBay. You can also bulk print courier labels to help save you time when shipping orders.

Chaser – Debtor Tracking

Get your invoices paid on time with this automatic debtor chasing Xero add on. With Chaser, you can create and customise polite, persistent emails to reflect what you would do manually so that the customer doesn’t think they’re receiving emails from a robot. Chasing up your debtors with polite emails is paramount to getting paid on time. 

MyPAYE – Payroll & HR

MyPAYE is packed with useful payroll and HR related features – you can reprint payslips and other reports for the current and at least 3 previous tax years, and print P45 forms for those who are leaving the company; there’s an online HMRC RTI submission form, employer payment summaries, and support for weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll cycles, leaving you with plenty of options.
